Our family had a fantastic stay at Thingvellir Lake Cottage. The location by Lake Thingvellir was stunning, offering easy access to Iceland's natural wonders. The three bedrooms and spacious living area were perfect for our family of six, and the cozy cabin had all the essentials, including a hotpot we enjoyed after our adventures. The owners were friendly, making communication seamless.As a landscape photographer, I appreciated the cabin's proximity to picturesque landscapes, providing endless opportunities for exploration and photography. The comfortable beds ensured restful nights after long days of sightseeing. Our children, all under 2 years, were thrilled with the space to roam and play, creating unforgettable family moments.While minor issues like limited storage space existed, our overall experience was delightful. We highly recommend Thingvellir Lake Cottage for families seeking a welcoming retreat in Iceland's beauty.
